Our Roadmap to Success

Introduction Meeting

Discuss the objective, needs and expectations of the collaboration with FEAC’s team of experts. This first meeting can be a face-to-face discussion (either in the customer’s offices or in our headquarters), a video meeting or an extensive exchange of e-mails with attached informative material.
3

Quotation & Deposit

After understanding the needs of the project, an official quote will be issued. FEAC’s work is typically quoted on a total cost basis up front, allowing customers to make effective decisions beforehand, and avoiding cost overruns. A deposit will be asked before starting the project while the rest amount shall be paid at the delivery and acceptance of it.
3

Project Commence

A contract will be signed and our team will start working on the project on the agreed starting date. An effective time schedule will be set which we guarantee to respect.

Throughout the collaboration, FEAC prepares reports of the ongoing work, usually on a weekly basis. These reports will be sent through e-mail or, if requested, video conferences can be organized with presentations from FEAC. The customer may ask for additional, non-scheduled meetings, at any time. The progress, results, methodology, things-to-do and perhaps new tasks will be discussed and added to the project’s workflow if needed.

3

Design Process

Before we start the design process, both parties need to have a perfect understanding of:

1. Aim of the design & targets of the under development product

2. Involved physics (structural, transient, modal, thermal, electromagnetic, aerodynamic, etc.)

3. Possible material properties of several components

4. Available space for dimensioning the structure

5. Loads being applied to the structure (forces, pressures, moments, thermal loads, acceleration, current, etc.)

6. Operational conditions

7. Limitations due to other factors

3

Handover & Review

At the end of the project, a review meeting will be organized either in the customer’s offices, in our headquarters or via video meeting.
