Career Opportunity: Sales Engineer at FEAC (SIEMENS DISW Partner) – Based in Greece

FEAC, a prominent SIEMENS DISW partner, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling leading SIEMENS DISW products, including NX CAD, Simcenter 3D, NX NASTRAN, Simcenter FEMAP, Simcenter Amesim, and Simcenter STAR-CCM+.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential target companies.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

2. Sales Opportunity Management:

  • Generate new sales opportunities and nurture them into long-term partnerships.
  • Effectively manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

3. Customer Engagement:

  • Follow up on sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Demonstrate FEAC and SIEMENS DISW products to prospective clients, showcasing their benefits and features.
  • Detect customer needs and link them to the possibilities the SIEMENS DISW portfolio can offer.

4. Sales Pipeline Development:

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities.
  • Create and send quotations to customers, addressing their specific needs.

5. Customer Needs Analysis:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable SIEMENS DISW solutions.
  • Offer consultative advice to clients, positioning our products as solutions to their challenges.

6. Industry Events Participation:

  • Attending relevant industry events to network and generate business leads.
  • Represent FEAC at meetings, conferences, trade shows, and seminars.

7. Strategic Contribution:

  • Contribute to business planning by providing insights, setting strategies, and defining achievable goals.

8. Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and exceed their expectations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

9. Negotiation and Record-Keeping:

  • Negotiate agreements with clients and keep accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

10. After-Sales Support:

  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

11. Countries of responsibility:

  • Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Hercegovina.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably with engineering software solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English
  • Strong understanding of the SIEMENS DISW portfolio.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly interested in digitalization, innovation and Digital Twins.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
  • Positive and proactive personality with a critical and analytical mindset
  • High self-motivational drive
  • Stress resistance to cope with deadlines for offer phases.
